Return and Refund Policies

MuscleMart Plus primarily uses USPS Priority and FedEx Ground shipping for most orders that are greater than 13 ounces. This comes free of charge for all orders that qualify for free shipping. The lowest cost possible shipping method will be used, which includes shipping a single order over two or more shipments, unless another shipping method is purchased by the customer (Expedited, 1 Day, etc.).

 

MuscleMart Plus is dedicated to getting your product to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, if you choose a ground option such as FedEx Ground and we find that shipping USPS Priority, then we reserve the right to do so. Please inform us by email or phone, or by placing a note in your order, if you wish to have a certain service provided.  

 

MuscleMart Plus will ship to the address provided by the customer. This address needs to be able to receive USPS and FedEx since these are the two methods of shipment that MuscleMart Plus honors for standard shipping orders. MuscleMart Plus will not ship via UPS unless a non-standard shipping method is purchased.

 

Returns on products damaged en route will be refunded in full once the product is received by MuscleMart Plus. 

Returns on products that are not damaged en route, but due to buyer's remorse, health related issues, or any other reason will be accepted. Stocking fees will be assessed unless an agreement is reached by MuscleMart Plus and the customer. Any partial or full refunds will be applied upon receipt of the product that is in the same condition as it was shipped. Products that are damaged or have a broken seal, will receive a partial refund at most.

 

Orders that are returned undeliverable or due to an incorrect address will not be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped will also not be refunded in full. Partial refunds will be submitted only if the product is returned in the same manner as it was shipped, this includes items that are marked "Refrigerate Upon Delivery." 

 

Products described as "Ships Cold" will be carefully packed and shipped to ensure freshness and reduce the risk of spoilage. This includes strategic planning around USPS holiday closures and non delivery dates. Orders of items that are described as "Ships Cold" and are placed on Thursdays will ship on Friday or Saturday, unless the following Monday is a USPS holiday closure, then the order will ship the following Tuesday.
Items that are described as "Ships Cold" in the item description will not be refunded due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

 

Items that are described as "Ships Cold" in the item description are shipped in temperature controlled packing along with frozen gel packs. These items are shipped using the lowest cost service that delivers in 2-3 days from date of shipment. MuscleMart Plus will honor expedited shipping methods if purchased by the customer. 

 

Products that are described as "Ships Cold" are not permitted to be returned. If a product is delivered late on its initial try due to carrier delay and the product is either expired or spoiled, then MuscleMart Plus will provide a full refund. If a product is delivered late after an initial attempt is recorded by the carrier will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to track orders and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Products that are described as "Ships Cold" will be clearly labeled with a neon green and black tag "Refrigerate Upon Arrival."
